For 236 years old, you look awesome America! I hope everyone had a fantastic July 4th! It is a time to be grateful, a time to spend with family and friends, and a time to be inspired by those who have given us our freedom and continue to guarantee our freedom.

In 1989, I purchased my first 35mm film camera when I was stationed at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. In honor of this Independence Day, I am sharing one of my first photographs I took in Boston:

If you follow my blog, you know that I hate the heat! I dread it. Despite this fact yesterday I spent about 6 hours in record heat photographing the BBG 12th Annual Classic Car Show. Yes, it was very hot, but I was not serving my country in the desert heat thousands of miles from my family. Given my dislike of the heat, why would I do it? Simple… I thought I could not be a big baby for a few hours since the proceeds went to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Friends of the Wounded Veterans (FOTWV). Furthermore, all purchases of my photographs will benefit the FOTWV.

A BIG THANK YOU to Business Benefits Group (BBG) of Fairfax, Virginia, for inviting me to photograph their show! This annual show is held on the 4th of July in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia. I appreciated their graciousness and promoting of Laughing Bunny Photography’s effort. After all, we both are supporting our veterans — nonetheless, I greatly appreciate their invitation.

I am still processing the photographs, but here are a few. If you are interested in purchasing any photographs, please check out our gallery in a few days. If you have any questions, please email us at info@laughingbunnyphotography.com, or leave a message here on our blog. Thank you for your support!

The BBG Family

U.S. Army Warrant Officer who served his country for 35 years. On this Independence Day, he was enjoying the classic cars with his grandson, and his son who is currently a Major in the U.S. Army. Thank you both for your service!
