Perhaps it is the engineer in me, but I love symmetry, lines, and curves in my photographs. If you didn’t know I was a dedicated photographer, this post’s title might have led you to believe I was a just a dirty old man taking snapshots of scantily dressed women on the beach. But alas, I am a dedicated photographer who appreciates the lines and curves of beautiful automobiles… today.
In the recent post, “Why do men give their car a female name?” I shared a few photographs from the Friends of the Wounded Veterans Car and Bike Show. It was a lot of fun, and I met some really great people. In particular, one of the primary sponsors of the show invited me to photograph their 12th Annual Classic Car Show.
A BIG THANK YOU to Business Benefits Group (BBG) of Fairfax, Virginia, for inviting me to photograph their show! This annual show is held on the Fourth of July in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia. I appreciated their graciousness and their promotion of Laughing Bunny Photography’s effort. After all, we both are supporting our veterans — nonetheless, I greatly appreciated their invitation.
I am amazed at the craftsmanship, the artistic characteristics of the cars, and the attention to detail the owners pay to their beloved automobiles. You can browse the gallery here.

If you’re a charitable organization or an educational institution, my answer will probably be “yes.” But please, ask me first. Thank you. If you do decide to purchase a print, all purchases will benefit the Friends of the Wounded Veterans.
